We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Original tags must still be attached.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
To initiate a return, please email team@nalobo.com within the 14-day return period to notify us of your return.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or that are returned without original tags attached.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.
